Do I need an email address to send files?

No. FileBolt lets you send files without providing an email address or creating an account.

I upgraded from Pro to Business. How do I switch to my new account?

Go to /settings and click Logout to exit your current session. Then, sign in again using your dedicated Business login link.

What is the maximum file size limit?

The maximum file size depends on your plan: 10 GB (Free), 100 GB (Education), 300 GB (Pro), 1 TB (Premium), 2 TB (Business), and up to 5 TB (Enterprise).

How long are files stored?

Files are stored for 3 days on the Free plan. Retention increases to 7 days for Education, 15 days for Pro, 30 days for Premium, and 60 days for Business and Enterprise.

Do I need to register an account to send files?

No. You can send and receive files directly as a guest.

You can cancel anytime by visiting /settings and clicking Manage Subscription. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
